What is Where I’m At?
Where I’m At is a peer-to-peer burnout recovery and purpose recalibration platform. Members share experiences, find resources, and support each other. We do not provide medical advice, therapy, or crisis intervention. -
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. Our community and moderators are not licensed therapists or clinicians. All advice or strategies are based on lived experience. For medical, psychiatric, or emergency support, contact a qualified professional. -
Who can join?
Membership is open to adults (18+). You may use an alias for privacy. -
How do I sign up?
Register on our membership page, choose a plan, and complete payment online. -
How does membership payment work?
Membership is billed in advance (monthly/annual). Payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. -
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds. Cancelling stops future charges immediately. -
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in to your account dashboard and click Cancel Membership. -
What happens to my data if I leave?
You may request account deletion anytime. Personal data and posts are removed per our privacy policy and legal retention periods. -
Are my discussions private and secure?
Yes. Conversations are visible only to logged-in members and not indexed by search engines. Confidentiality is expected from all members. -
How does moderation work?
Moderators review reported posts, enforce guidelines, and keep spaces safe. They are trained in platform processes and privacy but are not professionals. -
How do I report abuse or unsafe content?
Use the Report Content hub in each space or email support@whereimatcommunity.com. Reports are confidential. -
What’s allowed/not allowed in posts?
✅ Personal stories, questions, resources, encouragement.
❌ No medical advice, self-promotion, or affiliate links (unless approved).
❌ No hate speech, discrimination, or sharing private info. -
Are minors allowed?
No. The community is 18+. Report underage users immediately. -
How do you use affiliate revenue?
Affiliate links (e.g., books, wellness tools) may appear. Revenue helps cover platform costs. Only resources aligned with our mission are promoted. -
I have a complaint. What do I do?
Email support@whereimatcommunity.com. We aim to resolve all issues fairly. -
Where can I find your policies?
Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms are linked in the website footer and included in your welcome email. -
Do I keep access to courses/products if I cancel my membership? Yes. Community membership covers access to spaces, Any mini-courses or digital products you purchase are yours to revisit anytime, even if you later cancel your membership. (You’ll lose community access, but your purchased products remain available in your account.)
