What is Where I’m At?
Where I’m At is a privacy-first, peer-support community for working professionals navigating burnout and the “in between” of recovery.
Inside, you’ll find:

Private community spaces for sharing lived experience

The Recognise, Reset, and Reinvent course spaces (included with active paid membership)

Reinvent paths such as Reinvent Seeds and Reinvent Worklife (included), plus optional paid upgrades where available (e.g., Reinvent: Rediscover You)

A Resource Vault with tools and downloads referenced in the courses
We share experiences, reflection prompts, and tools from lived experience. We do not provide medical advice, therapy, or crisis intervention.
Is this therapy, coaching, or medical care?
No. This community and all courses are non-clinical and education-only.

Moderators and hosts are not acting as therapists, doctors, or crisis workers.

Anything shared here is based on personal experience and reflection, not professional advice.

Is this a privacy-first space?
Yes. SWARM allows:

anonymous posting

editable usernames (you can use a nickname)
You choose your level of visibility. You never have to share your full story, show your face, or use voice/video. We also ask members to avoid sharing identifying details (especially about workplaces and people).
Are my discussions private and secure?
Community spaces are visible only to logged-in members, not the public or search engines.
We ask all members to respect confidentiality and never share others’ posts outside the community.
However, please remember:

We cannot guarantee that other members will never screenshot or share.

For your own safety, avoid posting highly identifying details (full names, exact workplaces, locations, etc.).
How does the free trial work?
From time to time, we may offer a free trial.

Trial access may be limited to community spaces only (offer details can vary).

Member-included courses may unlock once you convert to a paid membership.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.

How do I sign up?

Create your account and complete payment (or start a free trial if available)
You’ll receive a welcome email and be guided to the Community Hub → Start Here area.
How does membership payment work?

Membership is billed in advance (e.g., monthly/quarterly/annually depending on the plan).

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
Please check the pricing page for current plans and currencies.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds on past periods.

You can cancel your membership at any time in your account settings; this stops future payments.

Your access to community spaces and member-included courses continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my membership?

I feel overwhelmed, where should I start?
If you feel overwhelmed or unable to cope, the recommended route is:

How does moderation work?
Moderators:

Monitor public spaces

Review reported posts and comments

Enforce community guidelines

May reach out privately if there are safety concerns
Moderators are trained in platform processes and privacy expectations, but they are not acting as therapists or crisis responders.
How do I report abuse or unsafe content?
If something feels unsafe, harmful, or against our guidelines:

Use the platform’s Report option on the post/comment, and/or

Email support@whereimatcommunity.com with a link (and screenshot only if necessary)
Reports are confidential and help us keep the space safer for everyone.
What’s allowed / not allowed in posts?

Encouragement, validation, and “me too” replies

Anonymous participation

Medical/psychiatric/nutritional instructions (e.g., “stop your meds”, “don’t see a doctor”)

Graphic descriptions of self-harm, suicide, violence, or abuse

Hate speech, discrimination, harassment

Doxxing or sharing others’ private information

Naming employers / sharing identifying workplace allegations

Selling, recruiting, self-promotion, or affiliate links (unless explicitly approved)

Spam or repeated off-topic posts
We may edit, hide, or remove posts that break guidelines.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@whereimatcommunity.com.

We will remove or anonymise personal data and posts in line with our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

Aggregated, non-identifying information (e.g., overall stats) may be retained.

Do you use affiliate links?
Sometimes we share tools, books, or products that helped in our own recovery.

If you buy through them, Where I’m At may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you

Affiliate income helps cover platform and production costs
All tools are optional, and we aim to share resources aligned with the mission.
Do I keep access to courses/products if I cancel my membership?
There are two types of access:
Courses included with membership

Recognise, Reset, and included Reinvent content are available while you have an active paid membership.

If you cancel, access ends when your billing period ends.
Standalone purchases (mini-courses, journals, bundles, paid upgrades, etc.)
-
If you purchase a product separately (outside membership), it remains available for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.

These are not lifetime purchases and may be retired over time, but you’ll always have a fair usage period.
