Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Where I’m At Community provides access to a moderated online community and digital resources (including self-guided materials and, where offered, live or recorded group sessions/events). Because this is a digital service with immediate access to content and community spaces, refund rules differ from physical products.

Membership plans and billing (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
We offer Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual membership plans. Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date shown in your billing settings or confirmation emails.
Monthly plan: billed every month
Quarterly plan: billed every three months
Annual plan: billed every twelve months

Cancellation (memberships)
You may cancel your membership at any time.

When you cancel:

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

You will keep access to the community and included resources until the end of that billing period.

We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a specific offer.
How to cancel:

Use your account/billing settings (if available), or
-
Email support@whereimatcommunity.com from the email address linked to your account, stating you want to cancel.
Founding Members (discount terms)
Founding Members receive a 60% discount. This offer is limited to 15 members and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important conditions for the Founding Member discount:

The discount applies only while the Founding Member’s membership remains active and in good standing (i.e., the subscription continues without cancellation or lapse).

If a Founding Member cancels, pauses, or allows their membership to lapse and later rejoins, the Founding Member discount will not be reinstated.

Founding Member pricing is not transferable to another person or account.
Refund policy for memberships (general rule)
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer, membership payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Reason: membership provides immediate access to digital community spaces, content, and resources that cannot be “returned.”

Exceptions (when we may offer a refund or credit)
We may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same period)

Billing error caused by our systems or the payment provider

Verified access failure (you paid but could not access the service due to a technical issue on our side that we could not resolve within a reasonable time)
To request review, email support@whereimatcommunity.com and include:

your account email
-
the date and amount of the charge

a brief description of the issue (screenshots if relevant)
One-off courses and digital products (12-month minimum access)
We may offer one-off courses and digital products for separate purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

Access is provided for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Purchases of one-off courses and digital products are non-refundable once access is granted, unless required by applicable law or in cases of verified duplicate payment or access failure (as described above).
Please note: “12-month minimum access” means the content will be available for at least 12 months. We may extend access beyond 12 months at our discretion, but we do not guarantee availability beyond the stated access period unless explicitly offered.
Ticketed events (and replays if you can’t attend)
We may offer ticketed live events (online or in-person) for separate purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend live, you will receive access to the replay (where a replay is available) as a download or recording-only option.

Replays are provided instead of refunds for non-attendance.

If we cancel an event and do not reschedule, we will offer either a refund or a credit (we will state which option applies for that event).
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@whereimatcommunity.com so we can help resolve it quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to the community and products until the issue is resolved.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Where appropriate, we will notify members of significant changes. -
