A gentler arrival after Come Down: check in with your body, your energy, and where you are today.

Module 2 — Energy Before Action

Notice your energy before you act. Plan from capacity, not pressure.

Module 2.5 — Coping & Numbing (Optional)

A shame-free look at the ways many of us take the edge off when life feels too much, without pressure to change overnight.

Module 3 — Tiny Softening Moments & Safety Signals

Notice small moments when your system feels even slightly safer, softer, or less braced, and build on them gently.

Module 4 — Reintroducing Rhythm

Move from rigid routines to gentler rhythms using the RESET Day Planner and a more realistic sense of capacity.

Module 5 — Boundaries for Recovery

Internal and external boundaries that reduce self-abandonment and protect the steadiness you are rebuilding.

Module 6 — Tiny Experiments (Labs A–E)

Low-pressure experiments you can choose from: inner voice, tiny sparks of joy, gentle movement, reducing stimulation, and gratitude in real life.

Module 7 — Integration & Looking Ahead

Gather what RESET has given you and gently notice what may come next, without pressure for a full plan.

Module 8 — Staying Supported in Reset

Build your support map and wobble plan so you do not carry recovery alone.

How to use RESET

Two ways to begin

  • Steadier RESET: one module + one lab this week

What you need / how to prepare

You do not need prior knowledge. You only need:

  • permission to go gently

  • willingness to work with your actual capacity, not your ideal self

  • a notebook, if that helps

  • readiness for steadier days rather than acute decompression

RESET is best for the point where there is a little more space than before.

 

If you feel overwhelmed, unsafe, or unable to cope, start with:

✅ RECOGNISE → Module 8: The Support Module

And seek professional support in your country where needed.

What this course is not (important)

RESET is not:

  • therapy, coaching, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support

  • medical, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, financial, or employment advice

  • a comeback plan, optimisation plan, or productivity system in disguise

  • a set of rules you need to perform perfectly

 

This is lived-experience education designed to sit alongside professional care where needed.

Who this course may not be for

RESET may not be the best fit right now if:

  • you are in immediate danger or at risk of harming yourself or someone else

  • you need urgent clinical or crisis support

  • you are looking for personalised treatment advice or 1:1 coaching

  • your system needs decompression first rather than rebuilding

  • reflection or experimentation still feels too activating right now
