Is Checkpoint right for you?

Reinvent looks forward, and that asks a little more of you than Recognise or Reset. So one honest check before you start.

If you're still in the thick of it, exhausted most days and barely functioning, this module will wait for you. Recognise and Reset are the kinder starting places, and if most days feel unmanageable, professional support comes first.

If you're depleted but steady enough to take stock in small steps, you're in the right place.

Not sure? Begin gently. You can step back to Reset at any point. Stepping back is using the framework, not failing it.

By the end of this module

  • One focus area for the month
  • A clearer sense of what feels most pressing right now
  • One realistic next step
  • A clear route into Reinvent Worklife, Reinvent Partners, or back to Reset

Course snapshot

Three lessons. Three tools. Each lesson has one tool and one workbook. Work through them in order.

01Lesson 1 · Where I'm At Wheel

The Where I'm At Wheel gives you a simple visual snapshot of the current season. You rate six areas of life from 0 to 10: work, energy, daily life, support, direction, and recovery stability. Then you connect the dots and see the shape. You're not trying to score well. You're making the current season more visible, so you can choose one focus area for the month.

02Lesson 2 · Pressure Map

The Pressure Map moves you from snapshot to specifics. Using four lenses (what feels loudest, what's costing you most, what support is missing, and where you have no say) you name what's making life hard right now. Stay in the present: this is about the current season, not the whole life story. You don't need to solve anything here. You only need to name it honestly.

03Lesson 3 · Next-Step Filter

The Next-Step Filter turns your Wheel and Pressure Map into one focus, one realistic next step, and one clear route. The whole lesson rests on one question: what would make this 10% better? Not fixed. Not transformed. Just 10% steadier, more supported, or clearer.

How to use Checkpoint

  • Work through the three lessons in order
  • Use the workbook alongside each lesson
  • Take as long as you need. There's no time pressure.
  • Return to this Checkpoint any time life, work, or energy changes
  • Short, honest answers are enough

You only need one honest next step.

There's also a light monthly check-in in the community, if a gentle rhythm helps. Entirely optional.

What you need / how to prepare

You do not need prior knowledge. You only need:

  • The workbook for the lesson you're on
  • A quiet moment
  • Willingness to answer honestly rather than well

There are no right answers. Only honest ones.

Where Checkpoint takes you next

Checkpoint ends by pointing you somewhere, based on what you found:

  • If work and contribution is your main pressure, Worklife Foundations
  • If deeper or specialist support is needed, Reinvent Partners, a deliberately small circle of trusted experts
  • If energy or recovery stability still feels too fragile, back to Reset

There is no wrong route. There is only the next kind step.

What this framework is grounded in

The Where I'm At Framework comes from lived experience, not clinical practice. It was built from one person's documented burnout and recovery, and from the language of this community, which is why it sounds like everyday life rather than a textbook.

It is deliberately not clinical: there are no stages to pass, no scores, and no diagnosis. It is education and peer support, designed to sit alongside professional care, never to replace it.
