Full REINVENT Worklife

The deeper track for working life after burnout

Fourteen self-study modules covering capacity, role clarity, boundaries, difficult dynamics, the stay or leave question, job searching, and starting well in a new role, opening with a short orientation. This is the deep end of REINVENT, and it is still in production.

Is this the right track for you?

This one is deliberately deeper than the rest of REINVENT. It assumes you have some steadiness to work from, because it asks you to look directly at your working life and make decisions about it.

It is likely to fit if:

  • Work is the main pressure, and it has been for a while
  • You have enough capacity to work through material at your own pace
  • You want structure and tools rather than encouragement
  • You are weighing real decisions: stay, adjust, leave, return, or start again

If work content feels like too much right now, that is useful information rather than a failure. Worklife Foundations is the lighter pathway and is included in membership, and Reset is the kinder starting place if life still feels tender. This track will wait.

The fourteen modules

Each module is self-study: a guided deck and a fillable workbook, worked at your own pace. You do not have to take them in order, and you are not expected to finish.

Before the fourteen there is Start Here, a short orientation. It walks you through the shape of the track, gives you a Worklife Snapshot and the Worklife Wheel, and helps you choose where to begin rather than starting at the top because it is the top. It is orientation rather than teaching, so it does not count as one of the fourteen.

01Module 1 · Work Readiness and Capacity Check

Reflect on current work capacity, demands, and what may be more workable for this season, using general frameworks and templates.

02Module 2 · Role Clarity and Non-Negotiables

Reduce guessing, overcompensating, and invisible stress by clarifying what your role seems to require, and what clarity supports steadier work for you.

03Module 3 · Boundaries and Language Practice

Practise calmer, clearer language in common pressure moments, especially if you tend to over-explain, over-commit, apologise too early, or freeze.

04Module 4 · Stress Signals and Steadying Habits

Catch workday strain earlier, name your own triggers, and test one or two small stabilisers. Early signs rarely come out of nowhere.

05Module 5 · Protect Your Clarity

A specialist mini-module for when work stress is mainly coming from confusing or destabilising dynamics. Protect clarity without diagnosing, escalating, or debating character.

06Module 6 · Difficult Workplace Dynamics

A wide-lens look at broader workplace patterns that drain energy, and how to choose safer responses using clarity, boundaries, or distance.

07Module 7 · Stay, Adjust or Leave Map

Map realistic work directions against energy fit, role fit, constraints, and supports, and land on one small next step rather than a verdict.

08Module 8 · Planning a Gentle Return

A paced return-planning module with review points, early warning signals, and adjustment tools, so you can rebuild more steadily without quietly pushing through.

09Module 9 · Job Search and Interviews After Burnout

Speak about your experience more steadily, ask better fit questions, protect your energy through interviews and tasks, and keep the process repeatable.

10Module 10 · Applying in the Age of AI

Applying when screening and matching are increasingly automated. It has its own workbook and stands as its own module, and is delivered alongside the job-search material.

11Module 11 · Vetting, Outreach and Visibility

Vetting a company and a department before you commit, network outreach that does not cost you your dignity, and a LinkedIn self-audit.

12Module 12 · Starting Well: Your First Weeks

The over-proving trap, early boundaries while you are still new, and setting your own first review point.

13Module 13 · Sustainable Work Check-ins

A repeatable review-and-adjust rhythm to catch drift early, route back to the right tool quickly, and build personal guardrails.

14Module 14 · Worklife Blueprint

A one-page printable synthesis: your baseline, your guardrails, and your routing triggers, gathered into a reference you can revisit over time.

Where this sits

REINVENT has three courses. Checkpoint is the calm entry point and Worklife Foundations is the lighter practical pathway. Both are included in membership and available now.

Full REINVENT Worklife is the deeper one. It goes further into work specifically, and it is built to be returned to rather than completed once.

Alongside the courses there are trusted expert pathways through REINVENT Partners, for the questions that are better answered by a qualified professional than by a self-study module.

Tell me when it opens

The track is built and in production. If you would like to know when it opens, leave your email below and I will tell you. That is the whole of it: no commitment, nothing to decide now, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

It also tells me how many people are waiting for this, which is genuinely how I decide what to work on next.
